Summary: The role of campus information portals has shifted. Instant and easy access to organizationally-focused functions such as admissions forms, libraries, class registration and sports information has evolved to the "World of Learning 2.0." This chapter discusses new expectations as well as areas of development and design that facilitate the student-centered, interactive information sharing and collaboration of today. Institutional leaders must understand this shift and take the lead in creating and supporting an atmosphere of change.
